Welcome to the U.S. Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) Military Spouse Employment Events page.
The Transition Employment Assistance for Military Spouses (TEAMS) Program is a series of DOL TAP workshops targeted at helping all Military Spouses plan and prepare for their job search. All classes are free and open to all transitioning military spouses as they pursue their own future employment goals.
In order to provide maximum flexibility for all participants, and to address the current COVID environment, all classes will be conducted virtually.
Each of the courses are stand-alone modules developed to provide specific information in a condensed manner. You can take all of the courses or only a few. We recommend the initial four courses be taken in the following order: Your Next Move, Career Credentials, Mastering Resume Essentials, and Marketing Me. However, you are welcome to take them in any order that meets your availability.
There is a limit to the number of registrations for each class. If a course is full, you will be advised at registration. Please select a different time. Be aware, we plan on offering these courses on a monthly basis and will add additional courses if the registration requests support this need.

We have four additional courses in development with anticipated release in early summer 2021. Stay tuned for more! Class schedules and registration links will be released here no later than the beginning of each month.
You can subscribe to receive email updates with monthly class schedules, updates on new class development, and more. Thank you for your support of TEAMS. Please email MilSpouse@dol.gov with any questions.
TEAMS was originally piloted in October 2020 with four employment assistance classes designed to address the employment needs of transitioning military spouses. The response was overwhelmingly positive to these virtual workshops. We sincerely appreciate all pilot participants for their time and informative feedback, which has allowed us to refine course delivery in anticipation of this launch.
